Children dream about the stars, of being firemen, astronauts, or great statesmen and women. Children dream of ending injustice; they look for ways of managing bullying, of comprehending how another child could be so unkind. Yet they are not well equipped to understand the root issues, or the way things can escalate, or to comprehend how stubbornness can contribute to all manner of problems. They do not anticipate that they will grow up to do evil. If they have poor care, what is God left with, but a broken child?
Let us build the ideal family which includes all true options for the young, from infant to young adult. Let us overcome evil, not simply by separating from the past, but—but, by planning for the future. Let us begin to communicate with God about what children need.
